Q: What is your name?
A: Daniel Sven Patrick
Q: What school are you currently attending?
A: University of Michigan – Ann Arbor
Q: What year will you be starting in the fall?
A: Sophomore
Q: Why did you choose to attend the DREAM program?
A: Philadelphia is a big, new and exciting city. Drexel has great facilities, yet is small enough that you don’t feel unimportant.
Q: Who are you working with, and what research are you doing?
A: Caroline Schauer. I am working on building thin films that can detect water pollution.
Q: What are your goals/aspirations for the future?
A: I hope to go to graduate school if I don’t have a good job offer after undergraduate education. I want to work in research for a few years, and then work in technology transfer to industry.
