RSVP for Drexel MS&T Cocktail Reception

We will continue our celebration of 40 Years of Graduating Ph.D. Students in Materials on Monday, October 26, 2009 with a cocktail reception at 6 PM at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA as part of the Materials Science and Technology (MS&T) 2009 Conference and Exhibition.

To RSVP for the upcoming event, we'll be using the Drexel Online Gift website. Please note that the event is $50 per person, but an increased gift to the department's Endowment Fund is welcome. Please use the Other field to note your total donation.

In the mean time, we invite you to please submit a photo and a memory about your time at Drexel University as a Ph.D. student to be used as part of a slide show and presentation at this event. Please send your memories and current contact information to Judy Trachtman—yes, that same Judy that typed your thesis and saved you from the Drexel bureaucracy!

Since 1969, more than 150 students have reached the top step of higher education, the doctoral degree in materials science and engineering at Drexel University. This milestone and the professional successes of our alumni/ae are genuine causes for celebration!
