NUE proposal approved for NSF funding

An NUE (Nanotechnology Undergraduate Education) proposal entitled,  "NUE: The Drexel Nano Engineering Track" was recently approved by NSF for funding.  The project, which names Professor Christopher Li as PI, Surya Kalidindi, Antonios Zavaliangos, Karl W. Sohlberg (Chemistry), and N. John DiNardo (Physics) as co-PIs, and Yury Gogotsi as senior investigator is for $99,998 and for one year.  This project aims to strengthen Drexel's nanoengineering undergraduate education and focuses on the early part of the education (from freshman to pre-junior years).
