Domnich receives Roland B. Snow Award

Slava Domnich, Research Assistant Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, received the Roland B. Snow Award from Professor Robert Cook, Chair of the Basic Science Division of the American Ceramic Society, for his work on "Structural Instability of Boron Carbide Under Contact Loading" (Authors: V. Domnich, E. Hackett, Y. Gogotsi) at the Annual American Ceramic Society meeting in Nashville, TN, May 29, 2003.  This award is presented for the best ceramographic work and consists of a monetary award and a Steuben glass artifact.
