Ko Receives ASC Award for 2004

Dr. Frank Ko, professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, is the recipient of the American Society of Composites ASC Award in Composites for 2004. According to society guidelines, "an ASC Award in Composites winner is a distinguished member of the composites community who has made a significant impact on the development of composite materials through applied research, practice, education, service, advocacy, or leadership." The plaque and $1,000 monetary recognition will be presented at the banquet of the ASC/ASTM-D30 Joint 19th Annual Technical Conference hosted by Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA on Tuesday, October 19th.
