Spanier Receives Equipment Grant from DURIP

The proposal entitled, “Electron-beam nanolithography” submitted by Jonathan Spanier (PI) and Bahram Nabet (Co-PI) has been selected for award under DURIP (Defense University Research Instrumentation Program); the award amount is approximately $132K and is for one year. The award brings an important nanotechnology capability to Drexel that does not exist elsewhere as a centralized resource in the greater Philadelphia area.
