The A. J. Drexel Nanotechnology Institute (DNI), led by Director and Department of Materials Science and Engineering Professor Yury Gogotsi, has launched a newly redesigned website. The new website can be viewed at: nano.drexel.edu
The DNI was created in January 2003 to coordinate and develop efforts at Drexel University in the broad and interdisciplinary area of nanoscale science and engineering. The University-wide institute has affiliated faculty members from the College of Engineering; the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science & Health Systems; the College of Medicine; and the College of Arts & Sciences.
The new website provides a comprehensive guide to all nano-related activities at Drexel. Students, faculty, staff, and industry members can find useful information related to courses, events, new initiatives, and a link to the Materials and Nanotechnology Consortium. Recent College of Media Arts & Design graduate Anna Kotelnikova contributed her design experience to the new site.
This fall, the DNI will be celebrating the opening of the new Centralized Centralized Materials Characterization Facility in the Bossone Research Enterprise Center. More information will be available soon on the new DNI website.
