Dr. Christopher Li Receives Grants for ACS Symposium

Dr. Christopher Li, assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, is the recipient of a $3,600 grant from the American Chemical Society’s Petroleum Research Fund for a symposium he is organizing for the American Chemical Society annual fall meeting in San Francisco, CA, September 10-14, 2006 entitled, “Block copolymers as nanoscale materials.” He also received $3,000 from the National Science Foundation’s Division of Materials Research and $2,000 from the American Chemical Society’s Division of Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering towards the symposium.
