Siddhartha Pathak Receives ASBMR Young Investigator Travel Grant

Ph.D. student Siddhartha Pathak (advisors: Surya Kalidindi and Haviva Goldman) is the recipient of the 2007 ASBMR Annual Meeting Young Investigator Travel Grant for attending the 29th American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR) Annual Meeting held in Honolulu, Hawaii from September 16-19, 2007.

At the ASBMR meeting, Sid presented his work on obtaining the local mechanical properties at the lamellar level in bone. The $400 travel grant is given to first and presenting young investigator to help offset travel expenses to the annual meeting.
