B.S./M.S. Student Carlos Bahamondes Receives LOFT Fellowship

B.S. in Physics and M.S. in MSE student Carlos Bahamondes (advisor: Christopher Li) has received the ExxonMobil and Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF)  Latinos On Fast Track (LOFT) Fellowship.

The fellowship is awarded to sophomore, junior, and senior Hispanic college students with a GPA of 3.25 or higher currently pursuing studies in one of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) disciplines.  Students receive $1,000 and the opportunity to be mentored by an ExxonMobil scientist or engineer.
