Distinguished University and Trustee Chair Professor Yury Gogotsi's work on supercapacitors with collaborators at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) has been featured in several online publications.
The articles describe the research that revealed a potential of supercapacitors to increase energy storage tremendously via a small pore size that matches the electrolyte ion size. The work was further verified by computational modeling performed at at ORNL.
