Dr. Antonios Zavaliangos presented a paper in the 28th Biennial IBA Conference in Santa Fe in September, 2003, entitled "Multiparticle Simulation of Powder Compaction with Finite Element Discretization at the Particle Level." The paper received the Neal Rice Award as the best paper of the 28th IBA Conference
